Verdict against Adilur, Nasiruddin deferred to Sept 14
A tribunal in Dhaka has deferred the judgment against Odhikar Secretary Adilur Rahman Khan and its Director ASM Nasiruddin Elan in a case filed .
A tribunal in Dhaka has deferred the judgment against Odhikar Secretary Adilur Rahman Khan and its Director ASM Nasiruddin Elan in a case filed under the ICT Act to September 14.
Judge AM Julfiker Hayet of Dhaka Cyber Tribunal set the new date for the verdict on Thursday.
Two Odhikar officials are now on bail. Both of them were present at the court today.
As the verdict has not been prepared yet, the judgement is deferred, according to the court sources.DB police filed the case against the two Odhikar officials on charge of distorted report on a Hefazat-e-Islam rally in the capital's Motijheel in 2013.
