Bangladesh wicket-keeper batter Liton Das has been ruled of the only Test against Zimbabwe starting in Harare on June 28.

Liton is recovering from a left calf strain and has already missed the just concluded T20 international series against Australia.

The BCB Medical Team has assessed his condition and is of the opinion that the batter will struggle to get match fit for the Test within the time available.

The BCB National Selection Panel has called up 27-year-old wicketkeeper-batter Mahidul Islam Ankon as Liton's replacement in the Test squad, reports BSS.
