Dhaka, 2 March -After showing an immense fighting attitude, Bangladesh Women's team conceded a 7-run defeat to Pakistan by D/L method in

their second and last warm-up game of the ICC Women's Cricket World Cup today at Lincoln in New Zealand.

Earlier in the first warm-up game, Bangladesh tasted a 109-run defeat to England.

In the rain-affected match, which turned out to be 42-over-affair,
Pakistan put up 199-7 with Aliya Riaz being unbeaten on 45 and Javeria Khan making 44. Fariha Trishna and Ritu Moni claimed three wickets for Bangladesh.

The Tigresses however got a revised target of 202 from 42 overs but they were able to score 194 before being all out in 41.2 overs. Fargana Hoque showed a fighting attitude, hitting a superb 71 while Rumana Ahmed made 30.

The Tigers will take on South Africa on March 5 to kick-start the mission of their first ever ODI World Cup.
