Bangladesh face Oman in Men's Junior Asia Cup tomorrow

Dhaka, 25 Nov -Bangladesh national U-21 hockey team will start their Men's Junior Asia Cup campaign taking on host Oman in their opening pool B match scheduled to be held Tuesday in Muscat, Oman.

The eleventh edition of the Junior Asia Cup will continue till December 4, with ten teams, divided into two groups, to take part in the meet.
The top six teams will qualify for the next year's Hockey Junior World Cup.

Bangladesh, who has been pitted in Pool B along with Pakistan, Malaysia, host Oman and China will play their second group match against Pakistan on November 28, meet Malaysia on November 30 and will play their last Pool B match against China on December 1.

Bangladesh junior hockey team earlier confirmed their spot of Junior Asia Cup after emerging champions in the qualifiers with a 7-6 victory over hosts Oman in the final held in January.
