Junior Tigresses to face off India for Asia Cup laurel

Dhaka, 21 Dec -The Bangladesh Women's Under-19 team will take on India in the final of the Asia Cup T20 tomorrow (Sunday) at Kuala Lumpur.

This a golden chance for Bangladesh to make it double after men's Under-19 team won the Asia Cup, beating Indian male team earlier this month.

But to replicate the men's success will be tougher for Bangladesh given the strength of the Indian women's team.

Bangladesh earlier beat Sri Lanka and Nepal in the group phase to confirm Super 4. In that phase, they though lost to India, beat Nepal to confirm the final.

India however won all matches before reaching the final.
