ACC files six cases against ex-director of Pabna Mental Hospital

ACC has filed six cases against five people including former director of Pabna Mental Hospital Dr Tanmay Prakash Biswas for misappropriating money.



The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has filed six cases against five people including former director of Pabna Mental Hospital Dr Tanmay Prakash Biswas for misappropriating money.
ACC Deputy Assistant Director Shahidul Alam Sarkar filed the cases with the graft watchdog’s Pabna integrated district office on Wednesday.
The cases were filed on charge of misappropriating Tk 88,03,762.
The other accused in the case are Humayun Kabir, a former marketing officer (currently working in the Dinajpur office of the Department of Agriculture Marketing), and food supply contractors of the hospital HM Faisal, HM Rezaul and HM Arfin.
