The Directorate of Consumer Rights Protection has fined two restaurants Tk 15,000 in Noakhali for preparing iftar items in an unhygienic environment and using banned hydrose.
The drive, led by Kawsar Mia, assistant director of the Directorate of Consumer Rights Protection, Noakhali, was conducted at Maijdi of the district On Friday (March 31) afternoon.
Kawsar Mia said, “Tokyo Kebab was fined Tk 10,000 and Mohammadia Hotel was fined Tk 5,000 for making Iftar items in an unsanitary environment and using banned hydrose.”
