Stealing in 9 Kalapara shop in one night
Lockers and furniture inside the 9 shops were damaged by thieves who stole valuables.
Patuakhali: Thieves stole foods from 9 shops in one night in Kalapara. The incident took place in Sadar Road and Natun Bazar in the morning of Wednesday. Meanwhile, the organized group of thieves broke the lock of the shop and entered and took huge money. However, the exact amount of money stolen is yet to be ascertained.
The shops looted are Subarna garments, Shahi garments, Badsha Library, Noor garments, Tahira Fashion, Saha Cabin, Narendra Lal Saha & Sons, Kazi Drug House and Nannu Traders.
Chanchal Saha, owner of M/s Narendra Lala Saha & Sons, said that it is an organized group of thieves and professionals. What did the duty patrol police do when so many shops were stolen at once?
