U.S. Envoy Brent T. Christensen Launches US Founders Museum



DHAKA, April 29, 2026 – U.S. Ambassador Brent T. Christensen inaugurated the American Founders Museum at the Edward M. Kennedy Center in Dhaka today.

The museum, a White House initiative developed with the U.S. Department of Education and PragerU, explores the ideas, people, and events that shaped America's independence.

Part of Freedom 250—America's 250th anniversary celebration—the exhibition ison view at U.S. institutions worldwide. The Embassy will expand access to the

exhibit by installing smaller versions at five additional American Corners across

Bangladesh in Barishal, Chattogram, Dhaka, Rajshai, and Sylhet. – US Embassy Press release
