China’s Executive Vice Premier Meets BD’s CA

Ding Xuexiang, Executive Vice Premier of China’s State Council, met with Bangladesh’s Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus today on the sidelines of the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) conference in Qionghai, Hainan.

The meeting took place at the Bo'ao State Guest House and was attended by key officials, including Energy Adviser M Fouzul Kabir Khan, High Representative Dr. Khalilur Rahman, Principal Secretary Lamiya Morshed, and the Chief Adviser’s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam.

Later today, Chief Adviser Yunus will address the opening plenary of the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2025 at 11:30 AM local time. The session will also feature remarks from Lao Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone, China’s Ding Xuexiang, former UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, and Boao Forum Secretary-General Zhang Jun.
