Chinese Ambassador to Bangladesh Yao Wen on Tuesday called on SDGs Affairs Principal Coordinator and Senior Secretary Lamiya Morshed and discussed issues of mutual interest.

The two sides had in-depth exchanges of views on promoting Bangladesh-China relations, said the Chinese Embassy in Dhaka.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Bangladesh and is also designated as the Bangladesh-China year of people-to-people exchanges, reports UNB.
