Police have recovered the body of a farmer with his hands and legs tied up from the field of Gajnabipur under Kushtia sadar upazila.



Police have recovered the body of a farmer with his hands and legs tied up from the field of Gajnabipur under Kushtia sadar upazila.

Kushtia Islami University Thana Police recovered the body on Friday morning.

The deceased is Mofiz, 50, a farmer of Gajnabipur village.

Locals noticed the body in the morning and informed the police. He had a conflict with his wife over land issue, locals said.

Kushtia Islami University Thana Officer-in-Charge Annun Zaed said there were some injury marks on his body.
