Assistant Deputy Director of Dinajpur Fire Service and Civil Defense Sheikh Mamabubul Alam said they have continued the rescue operation for the seventh consecutive day on Saturday.
Three people have still remained missing, he also said.
The boat carrying 60-70 passengers, including women and children, sank in the middle of the river while heading towards Badheshwar Temple on the occasion of Mayalaya on Sunday (September 25) noon.
