College student commits suicide in Noakhali

Police on Friday recovered the body of a college student in Sadar upazila in Noakhali.



Police on Friday recovered the body of a college student in Sadar upazila in Noakhali.

The deceased was identified as Md Yeasin, 18, son of late Jamal Uddin, a resident of Ward No-2 in the upazila. He was XI grader at Sonapur Degree College.

According to locals, the boy was found hanging inside his room at about 8.45am.

Being informed, police recovered the body and sent it to Noakhali Hospital morgue.

Sudaram Model Police Station OC Anwar Islam said a case has been filed with the police station in this regard.
