Police has arrested father Shariful Islam in connection with the killing of two children in in Biral of Dinajpur.

Biral Thana Officer-in-Charge (OC) Rezaul Hasan Reza confirmed the matter on Saturday (November 26).
Shariful Islam is the son of Rafikul Islam in Shankarpur area of Biral municipality.
The police recovered the bodies of two brothers inside a sack from an abandoned room of Bhabani Government Primary School in Biral of Dinajpur.
Police suspects that the two children were killed by poisoning.
According to sources, on Thursday evening, Shariful Islam took his two sons from the house by telling them to buy winter clothes from a market. As they did not come home until late night, the children's grandfather started searching. But he did not find them anywhere. Later, around 10.00 am on Friday, he came to know through the locals that the bodies of two children were lying in a room of a primary school. Arriving at the scene, he identified the bodies of the grandsons.
