Lightning kills man in Kishoreganj

A man was killed in a lightning strike at Karimganj upazila in Kishoreganj district on Wednesday morning.



A man was killed in a lightning strike at Karimganj upazila in Kishoreganj district on Wednesday morning.
The dead was Tauhid Mia, 35, son of Shahed Ali, a resident of Charpara village of the upazila.
It was known that Tauhid was working at his home early in the morning. At that time, a lightning struck on him, leaving him injured.
He was rescued and taken to Karimganj Upazila Health Complex where he was declared dead by the on-duty doctors.
