Lightning strike kills one in Sylhet



Sylhet, May 06 - A 45-year-old man was killed in a lightning strike while grazing cows at Lakshmipasha union of Kanaighat upazila in Sylhet on Monday morning.

The deceased was identified as Mahtab Uddin, resident of Bazar Darpanagar West (Karchati) village of the upazila.

Kanaighat Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Jahangir Hossain Sardar confirmed the death.-UNB
