Number of voters currently stands at 11,96,91,633

The total number of voters in Bangladesh stood at 11,96,91,633, the Election Commission(EC) revealed here today.

 The voters, who were registered till September 14 this year, will cast their votes in the next general election, reports BSS.

As part of the electoral process, the EC finalized voter list and the updating process of voter list continued till September 14, 2023, the EC sources said.

The next parliamentary polls will be held in January next year, the EC sources said.
