Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Tofazzel Hossain framed the charges against the 16.

A case has been filed at Badda Police Station under the Public Examinations (Offences) Act following the question leak in recruitment tests of five state-owned banks on November 6, 2021.

The detectives have so far arrested 11 people.

On March 20 this year, Nikhil Ranjan Dhar was sent to jail as a court rejected his bail petition.
