49th special BCS written exam results published

The results of the written examination of the 49th Special BCS have been published.


The results were released tonight on the official website of the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC).

According to a BPSC press release, the list of provisionally qualified candidates is available on the commission's website (www.bpsc.gov.bd) and also on the Teletalk website (http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd). 

The commission reserves the right to amend the results if deemed necessary for valid reasons, said the release.

As per the BPSC roadmap, the viva voce of the 49th Special BCS will begin on October 26. 

Only the candidates who passed the written examination will be eligible to take part in the viva test.

Through the 49th Special BCS, a total of 653 vacant posts of lecturers will be filled in various departments of government general colleges across the country. 

In addition, 30 vacant lecturer posts will be filled in government teacher training colleges, reports BSS.
