The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) has issued an 11-point directive to center secretaries and officials ahead of the SSC and equivalent exams starting nationwide on April 21.

The directives, signed by DSHE Director General (Additional Charge) Professor B M Abdul Hannan, mandates CCTV installation in every exam room, body checks to prevent cheating and deployment of law enforcement for security.

Each room must have clocks, proper lighting and ventilation and cleanliness. Mobile phone use is restricted to center secretaries and instructions must be displayed at hall entrances.

DSHE warned that any negligence could lead to strict legal action against responsible staff, reports BSS.
