Her Majesty the Queen of Denmark

Her Majesty The Queen of Denmark will be providing Opening Remarks at Global Fashion Summit: Copenhagen Edition 2024 on 22 May, as well as touring the Innovation Forum. The Queen first attended the inaugural Summit in 2009 and has since spoken at every edition of the Summit, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to a more sustainable future.

Global Fashion Summit is synonymous with the sustainability zeitgeist. Informed by GFA’s renowned Fashion CEO Agenda and its 5-priority framework, the Summit’s extensive programme has been built to unlock solutions to fashion’s biggest sustainability barriers. With a continued commitment to innovation and accelerated action, our global sector’s most credible visionaries will take to our historic stage and speak to the transformative shifts required to take fashion’s sustainability impact to the next level.

Recognising that everyone is operating from a different baseline, Global Fashion Summit content will be tailored to suit the needs of those across a vast sector spectrum. Intersectional solutions and diverse knowledge inputs are needed to reach our vision of a net-positive industry.

Over 100 other esteemed speakers will take to the Summit’s historic stages to share action-based insights, including executives from: Kering, Patagonia, Maersk, Brioni, Conservation International, The New York Times, Ralph Lauren Corporation, Ganni, H&M Group, WWF, Re&Up, Fair Labor Association, and more. – Press release
