Fire at Mutual Trust Bank branch in Dhaka

A fire broke out at the Mutual Trust Bank branch at Dholaikhal of Old Dhaka here around 10:40am today.

Fire service officer Md Shahjahan Shikder said a fire broke out at the bank office on the second floor of a four-storied building in Dholaikhal this morning.
On receiving information, five fire fighting units from Sutrapur and Siddikbazar reached the spot as the firemen are currently working to control the blaze, he said.
The report of the damage or casualties couldn't be known immediately, reports BSS.
