Private car catches fire in capital Dhaka

Flame of fire in a private car in the Hatirjheel area of Dhaka City on Thursday.



Dhaka, Mar 3 - A private car caught  fire in the city’s Hatirjheel area on Thursday evening.

Sources at the Fire Service and Civil Defense headquarters said the fire originated from the engine of the car around 6:15 pm on Hatirjheel road near FDC crossing.

Being informed, two firefighting units rushed to the spot and doused the flame around 7:13 pm, said Deputy Assistant Director (Media cell) of Fire Service and Civil Defense headquarters Md Shahjahan Sikder. – UNB
