4 persons of a family burn-injured in Manikganj fire

Four persons of a family including parents received burn injuries in fire last evening at the village Mitora under Manikganj Sadar Upazila in the district.
Police and locals said the drug addicted son of Shamsul Biswas demanded of his father to give money for buying a private car. But the father refused to give him demanded money. The addicted son tried to kill himself setting fire on his body last evening.
All the family members tried to save him, all of them were burn injured seriously in the fire.
The injured are Shamsul Biswas,65, Sadiara Begum,55, Masum Biswas, 35 and Jonny Biswas,25.
All the four injured were rushed to the Manikganj 250 bed hospital.
Later all of them were transferred to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital Plastic Burn Unit as their condition were deteriorated, reports BSS.
