
Dhaka, 12 Sept - Bangladesh U-17 women's national football team will look to complete a series sweep when they take on hosts Jordan in the second and final FIFA international friendly match Sunday.
The match will kick off at 8 pm Bangladesh time at JFA Field in Amman.
The two-match series is part of Bangladesh's preparations for the AFC U-17 Women's Asian Cup 2027 Qualifiers, scheduled to be held in Uzbekistan.
Following their emphatic 5-0 victory over Jordan in the opening friendly, the Bangladesh team held its third training session at the match venue on Friday.
Players who featured in the first match underwent a recovery session, while the remaining squad members took part in a training programme featuring warm-ups, possession drills and small-sided games.
The players showed good intensity and commitment throughout the session, while all squad members were reported to be in good health ahead of the final friendly.
Bangladesh produced a dominant display in the first match, defeating Jordan 5-0. Alpi Akter, Reya, Mousumi Akter, Umma Kulsum and Kumari Payel Rani scored one goal each for Bangladesh.
