Arambagh KS face Bashundhara Kings tomorrow

DHAKA - Struggling Arambagh Krira Sangha take on holders Bashundhara Kings in a match of the TVS Bangladesh Premier League Football scheduled to be held tomorrow at Birshreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the city’s Kamalapur.
 
The match kicks off at 4 pm.
 
The star-studded side Bashundhara Kings, who retained the league title for the second successive time beating Lieutenant Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club in their previous match with four matches in hand, dominate the league table with 55 points from 20 matches while bottom-ranked Arambagh Krira Sangha who are struggling to skip relegation, collected five points from 19 outings.  
 
Earlier in the first leg, Bashundhara Kings dumped Arambagh Krira Sangha by 6-1 goals held at Shaheed Dhirendranath Datta Stadium in Cumilla.  
 
In the day’s second match of twenty two round fixtures, Lieutenant Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club meet Uttar Baridhara Club scheduled to be held at Bangabandhu National Stadium.
 
The match begins at 4 pm.
 
Lieutenant Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club currently ranked at third position in the league table with 39 points from 19 matches, one point behind Abahani Limited, Dhaka, while Uttar Baridhara Club stand at tenth position in the league table with 16 points from 19 outings.
 
Earlier, in the first leg, Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club were forced to play a 3-3 goal draw by Uttar Baridhara Club held at the same venue.BSS
