Footballer Jamal Bhuiyan brand envoy, Nat’l STEAM Olympiad

Dhaka, Jul 18 – Bangladesh football team captain Jamal Bhuiyan has joined as brand ambassador of National STEAM Olympiad 2023.
The much awaited opening ceremony of the Olympiad will be held on July 23 at 3 pm at the auditorium of International Mother Language Institute in Dhaka.
The initiative of iTesseract nationwide STEAM Olympiad will be organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Education while Education Minister and chief patron of the program Dr Dipu Moni will inaugurate it as chief guest.
The National STEAM Olympiad will bring together students from six levels across Bangladesh to showcase their exceptional talent in science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM).
National Steam Olympiad convenor and chief advisor, UGC member Professor Dr. Sazzad Hossain, will preside over the ceremony. Professor Sazzad said that the effort of organizing the National STEAM Olympiad competition is a timely step for the promotion of innovative education ecosystem and STEAM education.
Chief Coordinator of the Olympiad Mohammad Abdul Hamid said, “The Olympiad will mark a new journey where students of all levels will have an opportunity to showcase their innovative projects, problem-solving abilities and expertise in various STEAM subjects. This platform not only encourages academic learning but also competition, creativity and intellectual spirit.”
National STEAM Olympiad 2023 is an extraordinary event to unleash the talent of the youth. Apart from this, various academicians expressed the opinion that organizing such competitions is necessary to develop a culture of innovation and intellectual practice.
