Sheikh Jamal register first win

Dhaka, 30 Dec -Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club registered their first
win in the Bangladesh Premier League football when they edged past Bangladesh
Police Football Club by a lone goal held at Rafiq Uddin Bhuiyan Stadium in
Mymensingh on Saturday.  

The first half of the match saw attacks and counter attacks by both the
teams. The backdrop of the match suddenly changed when Police FC's defender
Isa Faysal scored a suicidal in the 55th minute of the match.

After the suicidal goal, Police FC however tried their best to fight back in
the match but could not score any in the remaining proceeding and eventually
they had to leave the field with empty hand.  

Earlier, in the first round matches, Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club suffered a
1-2 goal defeat to Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra while Bangladesh Police FC
blanked Chittagong Abahani Limited by 2-0 goals.
