Fifteen booters report to camp

Dhaka, 1 Nov -Fifteen booters have reported to national team's  camp Friday for the upcoming two-match FIFA Int'l Friendly Series  against Maldives at home in November.

The players reported to team manager Amer Khan at Hotel Intercontinental in the capital. Forward Arman Faisal Akash could not join the camp due to his sickness. 

Instead of Arman forward Piyash Ahmed Nova, the member of the SAFF under-20 winning squad, joined the national team camp for the first time.

The national booters will hold their first training session Saturday at Bashundhara Sports Complex under the supervision of head coach 
Javier Cabrara. 

Bangladesh will play two matches against Maldives on November 13 and 16 at Bashundhara Kings Arena.

Earlier on Wednesday last, Bangladesh coach Javier Cabrera has announced sixteen-member initial squad excluding regular captain Jamal Bhuyan.

The sixteen member squad are Mitul Marma and Md Sujon Hossain (goal keeper), Murad Hasan, Mehedi Hasan, Shakil Ahmed Topu, Rahmat Mia, Shakil Hossain, Isa Faisal and Taj Uddin (defender), Md Ridoy, Syed Shah Quazem Kirmanee, Papon Singh and Didarul Alom (midfielder), Md Shahriar Emon, Arman Faisal Akash and Mirajul Islam (forward).
