BKSP Red team emerge champions

Dhaka, 14 Nov - Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Prothistan (BKSP) Red team emerged champions in the BKSP Cup Women's Football tournament beating BKSP Green team by 3-0 goals in the final held at BKSP ground in Savar on Thursday. 

In the proceeding, Nobirun Khatun, Tqanjila Afroz Hira and Moriom Mannan scored one goal each for the champions in the one-sided affairs.

Bangladesh Football Federation newly elected president Tabith Awal was the chief guest and distributed the prizes. BKSP Brigadier General Md Munirul Islam was also present there.

Lima of the BKSP Green team was named the best player of the tournament while Sagorika of the BKSP Red team emerged as the highest scorer with ten goals.

A total of sixteen teams took part in the four day meet.
