Women’s football tournament begins in Hili

Dinajpur, 4 Feb - A Youth women's football tournament commenced at Etai Bouna School ground of Alihat union at Hakimpur upazila in Hili under Dinajpur on Tuesday.

‘Etai Bhumihin Sambay Samity Limited and Etai Matsyachashi Sambay Samity’ Limited organized the meet to celebrate the festival of youth.

Md. Rafiqul Islam, organizer of the women’s football tournament, said that Dhaka women's football team and Joypurhat women's football team participated in the match held on occasion of festival of youth.

The Joypurhat women's football team beat The Dhaka women’s football team by 2-1 goals.

A huge crowd of all ages gathered to enjoy the women's football tournament.
