Derby strike late to hold Bristol City

London, 23 Aug - Carlton Morris scored four minutes from time to rescue a point for Derby in a 1-1 Championship draw against Bristol City on Friday.

Morris earned the Rams their first point of the season following two defeats, while the Robins remain unbeaten but relinquished the chance to go top of the league before the rest of the weekend action.

After a slow start, the visitors ended the first half on top when Scott Twine slotted in his third goal of the season.

The visitors missed chances to add to their lead through Sinclair Armstrong and Anis Mehmeti and they paid the price.

Morris levelled with Derby's first shot on target to make it three goals in as many games since his move from Luton.BSS
