Bangladesh take on Bahrain tomorrow
Dhaka, 27 Nov - A confident Bangladesh U-17 football team will meet Bahrain tomorrow in their fourth Group A match of the 2026 AFC U-17 Asian Cup qualifiers at the Tongliang Long Stadium in Chongqing, China.
The match kicks off at 1 pm Bangladesh time
Bangladesh have enjoyed a dominant run so far, opening their campaign with a 5-0 win over Timor-Leste before routing Brunei 8-0 in their second outing.
They continued their momentum with another emphatic 5-0 victory against Sri Lanka in their third match.
The boys in red and green will conclude their group stage fixtures against hosts China on November 30.
Under the tournament format, seven group champions will advance to the 16-team finals, joining hosts Saudi Arabia and eight other nations already qualified for the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup.BSS
