Hadi's condition 'very critical' after bullet causes 'massive brain injury'; doctor

Sharif Osman Hadi, spokesperson of Inqilab Manch and a potential independent candidate for the Dhaka-8 constituency, has been shifted from Dhaka Medical College Hospital to Evercare Hospital tonight following a gunshot injury.
The ambulance carrying Hadi reached Evercare Hospital at 8:05 pm, sources told BSS.
Earlier, around 7:30 pm, the ambulance had left Dhaka Medical College Hospital for Evercare.
Hadi was shot in the head by assailants in the Bijoynagar area this afternoon.
He was critically injured and initially admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where he underwent primary surgery.
With the consent of his family, he has been moved to Evercare Hospital for further treatment.
