Jeddah, 22 January, 2025 - His Excellency Mr. Hissein Brahim Taha, Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), expressed his heartfelt condolences to the Government and the people of the Republic of Türkiye following the tragic fire at a ski resort hotel on 21 January 2025, which resulted in casualties and injuries.

The Secretary-General conveyed his deepest sympathies to the families of the victims and extended his wishes for a swift recovery to those injured in this unfortunate incident. He also emphasized the OIC's unwavering solidarity with the Republic of Türkiye during this difficult time. - OIC News
