As the Bangladesh Investment Summit 2025 approaches, Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus has extended an invitation to international investors, partners, and global leaders to discover the wealth of investment opportunities available in Bangladesh.

"Now is the perfect time to explore the exceptional prospects in Bangladesh," Dr. Yunus said, with the Summit set to take place next month. "The country is undergoing remarkable transformations, and its investment climate is more promising than ever."

Emphasizing Bangladesh's forward-thinking approach, Dr. Yunus assured investors that the government is dedicated to creating a fair and transparent business environment. "We are committed to providing a level playing field for all investors," he added.

The Summit, Dr. Yunus explained, will offer investors valuable, data-driven insights into Bangladesh's dynamic economy. "Come and witness the potential that Bangladesh holds. Together, we can shape the future of investment in one of the world’s fastest-growing economies."

In his message, Dr. Yunus also addressed the issue of the Rohingya refugees, highlighting their plight of racial discrimination and prolonged statelessness.

Looking forward to the event, he said, "I am excited to welcome global partners and investors to the new Bangladesh."

The Bangladesh Investment Summit 2025, hosted by the Bangladesh government, aims to showcase the country's reinvigorated investment landscape, positioning Bangladesh as a hub for transformative investments and unmatched economic growth.

Global leaders, Fortune 500 executives, and industry pioneers will come together to discuss the future of investment in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

Chowdhury Ashik Mahmud Bin Harun, Executive Chairman of the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA), will hold a press briefing on Sunday, announced the Chief Adviser's Deputy Press Secretary, Abul Kalam Azad Majumder.

The Bangladesh Investment Summit 2025, organized by BIDA and taking place in Dhaka from April 7-10, will introduce the Excellence in Investment Award—an initiative designed to honor investors who are driving Bangladesh’s economic transformation. The award recognizes companies for their outstanding contributions in areas such as investment scale, environmental sustainability, regulatory compliance, and job creation.
