The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on Monday ordered to demolish Gulshan Shopping Centre, situated in Gulshan-1



The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on Monday ordered to demolish Gulshan Shopping Centre, situated in Gulshan-1, upholding the High Court verdict.

A five-member Appellate Division bench, led by Chief Justice Obaidul Hasan, passed the order holding a hearing over the issue.

A bench of High Court on December 13, last, ordered to demolish the shopping mall within 30 days. Later, shop owners association of that complex filed a petition challenging the HC order.
