Maj Gen Shakil made new BGB chief

Major General Shakil Ahmed has been appointed as the new Director General of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB).

The Public Administration Ministry issued a gazette in this regard on Thursday (February 17), reports BSS.

According to the gazette, the current Director General (DG) of BGB Major General Md Shafeenul Islam has been transferred to the Armed Forces Division.
