Russian Embassy hosts “Sergei M Eisenstein Retrospective”

The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Bangladesh hosted an event on the great Russian filmmaker “Sergei M Eisenstein Retrospective”.
The Russian House in Dhaka and the International Academy of Film and Media (IAFM) supported the event.
During the discussion, speakers deliberated Eisenstein’s contribution to the theory and practice of montage, which significantly impacted cinematography worldwide.
The documentary “The Secret Life of Sergei Eisenstein” highlighted about internal thinking of the Russian genius followed by his bestseller “Alexander Nevsky,” read a media release.
