The High Court on Sunday issued a rule asking the authorities concerned to explain why assistant teachers of government primary schools across the country would not be brought under 10th grade.



The High Court on Sunday issued a rule asking the authorities concerned to explain why assistant teachers of government primary schools across the country would not be brought under 10th grade.
Education Ministry secretary and other concerned authorities have been asked to explain this within four weeks.
An HC bench of Justice Md Ashraful Islam and Justice Md Sohrawardi issued the rule.
The court, at the same time, ordered to dispose a petition submitted to the Director General of Department of Primary Education in last November mentioning the logical issue related to 10th grade.
The writ was filed by 15 teachers of different district on November 10 which sought direction for 10th grade.
