New Sc & Tech Secretary pays tributes to Bangabandhu

Newly appointed Science and Technology Secretary Md Ali Hossain paid tributes at the mausoleum of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in Tungipara on Saturday.
Senior officials of the ministry were present on the occasion. After placing wreaths at the mausoleum, he offered special prayers seeking the divine blessings of for the souls of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and other martyrs.
Earlier on Thursday, Md Ali Hossain was promoted to secretary at the Ministry of Science and Technology.
A gazette notification was issued by the Ministry of Public Administration in this regard on Thursday, reports UNB.
