Weather may remain mainly dry over Bangladesh

Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, said a met office forecast for the next 24 hours from 9am today.

Light fog may occur at several places over northern part and the river basins of the country from late night to tomorrow morning.

Country's maximum temperature on Wednesday was recorded 32.3 degree Celsius at Chattogram and minimum temperature today was 14.5 degree Celsius at Tetulia.

The well-marked low over Southeast Bay and adjoining South Andaman Sea moved west-northwestwards slightly and now lies over Southeast Bay and adjoining area. It is likely to move West-northwestwards and intensify further.

Night and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

The sun sets at 05:10 PM today and rises at 06:24 AM tomorrow in the capital, reports BSS.
