4 shops gutted in fire at Khulna Ferryghat area

Khulna, Feb 25 -Four shops have been gutted in a fire at Ferryghat intersection area in Khulna.
The incident took place around midnight on Saturday. It took two hours for 11 units of fire service to bring the fire under control.
The affected shops are Nusa Furniture, Al Amin Steel Store, Ziel Book House and Balaka Book House.
Locals said the fire broke out at Nusa Furniture shop in front of Sonali Bank in the city's Dak Bungalow area.
Kamal Hossain, officer-in-charge of Khulna Sadar Police Station, confirmed the incident. - UNB
