Ignoring the curfew, protesters took to the streets early Monday in Gazipur, demanding the resignation of the government.

Students from various institutions, including Govt Mohila College, Kazi Azim Uddin College, Gazipur Metropolitan College, and Rano Bilashmoni Boys School, assembled in front of the DC office in Gazipur Metropolitan, blocking the road.
During the protest, demonstrators wrote slogans on nearby walls, such as "Amer Bhai Morlo Kano?" and "Desh ki Tor Baper Naki?"
The Anti-Discrimination Student Movement's long march aimed to press their one-point demand for government resignation.
