Bangladesh Economic Association (BEA) has greeted the newly formed interim government’s Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus and other advisers.

“The association believes that the Interim Government under the able leadership of Nobel peace laureate economist Prof Dr Muhammad Yunus would be successful in solving different existing socioeconomic and political problems of Bangladesh and ensuring the welfare-oriented development of the country,” said a press release on Sunday.
The BEA said its lifetime members Dr Muhammad Yunus and Dr Salehuddin Ahmed have left special contributions to various activities of the association.
BEA President Dr Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad and it's general secretary Prof Dr Md Aynul Islam signed the release, reports UNB.
