To frustrate or cow down the most popular government led by Nobel Peace Laureate Dr. Mohammad Younus India seems to impose a war on Bangladesh. Addressing a conference of the commanders of the Indian armed force held in Lucknow on September 5, 2024, Defense Minister Raj Nath Singh advised them to remain vigil to ensure peace in its neighborhood.
He categorically indicated the revolution that occurred in Bangladesh on July 5, 2024 is a great loss and threat to India. Such an indication is also
a clear confession that India nursed the dictatorial puppet government of Sheikh Hasina in Bangladesh for over 15 years for India’s socio-political and geo-strategic interest.
Rajnath Singh’s written statement in presence of army commanders also paved the way to try India in the International Court of Justice for its crime against humanity in Bangladesh. India will not be able to avert its severe punishment. International community should come forward to punish India so that no bully in future dares to intervene in other’s internal affairs and commits genocide.
Raj Nath Enrages the Bangladeshis
Raj Nath’s speech enraged cross-sections of people of Bangladesh. The contents of his speech is highly discussed still now and condemned in the homestead of the remote villagers and the drawing room of the urbanized people.
Even the housewives, whether they are highly educated professionals, or illiterate maidservants, have an equal sense of patriotism, and anti-India hatred. Raj Nath simply flared up their anger.
Ruhul Kabir Rijbi the Senior Joint Secretary General of BNP (Bangladesh Nationalist Party) termed it as instigative.
Rijvi informed the journalists in Dhaka that the Indian Defense Minister had no reason to ask its army to remain prepared to establish peace in its neighborhoods through war.
Rijbi genuinely comprehended that Raj Nath actually threatened Bangladesh. The BNP leader said, there prevails war-like situations neither in Bangladesh nor in the South Asian region. The ex-autocratic government of Sheikh Hasina was ousted by a spontaneous student-youth-people revolution. It was our internal issue; India has nothing to do with it, Rijbi added.
He said, Bangladesh is an independent and sovereign country, but Raj Nath’s speech was provocative which exposes India’s conspiracy against Bangladesh. He urged student-people to remain alert to foil India’s conspiracy against Bangladesh as the Modi government ventures to reinstate the Hasina-style puppet regime in Bangladesh to make it a shadow state.
Leaders and policymakers of all other political parties, particularly Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami also condemned Rajnath Singh and all other leaders and policymakers of India whether they belong to RSS or Congress. Bangladeshis from their experience feel them as the birds of the same feather.
Multifarious Conspiracy
India is engaged in hatching and implementing multifarious conspiracies against the recently formed very popular government of Bangladesh led by Dr. Younus.
Modi first alleged that the Hindu community faces oppression by the so-called ultra-Muslim Jammat-BNP activists.
But this propaganda entirely failed when the Hindus came forward and said that their Muslim neighbors made no problem, rather they guard against their homes, mandirs and businesses round the clock. They even said that the problems that they faced during Sheikh Hasina regime withered away under Dr. Younus. None now comes for extortion and other type oppression what they faced earlier. Hindus even went to the street and chanted slogans in the procession supporting the new government in Dhaka.
India suspended all types of export to Bangladesh, including those RAW materials that are essential for garment factories. Trucks, Lorries, railway wagons, etc. loaded with edible items like wheat, rice, onions, potatoes, were not to enter earlier. Bangladesh though their prices were paid
To put pressure on the new government of Dr. Mohammad Younus India withdrew all of its workers and technicians from Bangladesh. They were working on several projects. But these steps were blessings for Bangladesh.
Bangladeshis, even those who live in remote villages opine that the Indians who work and worked in Bangladesh earlier with high salary are agents of intelligent agencies and they are involved in subversive activities. So, the more sour relationship India will create with Bangladesh, the more beneficial it will be for Bangladesh.
A strong sense of sentiment and patriotism germinated among the Bangladeshi people who openly say we will consume less food, even will fast 3-days a week to stand on our own leg to build our country, yet we are not ready to depend on India. Moreover, we will work more and we will develop friendship with other countries of the world ignoring India. India burnt our psyche and resurrected our hatred against India. India dug its own grave and its dream of Akhand Bharat will be buried there.
Indian politicians and media machineries are threatening Bangladesh round the clock, which are also counterproductive for India. It makes our people united and brave, which are very essential for the survival of any nation.
