Korea Ambassador’s Cup Taekwondo to begin Friday

DHAKA - Korea Ambassador’s Cup Taekwondo Championship  will begin from Friday (Aug.27) at Gulshan-Badda Taekwondo Club in the city’s Uttar Badda.

Organised by Bangladesh Taekwondo Federation, by the initiative of Korean Embassy to Dhaka, the two-day championship will be held on a virtual platform (through zoom app).

State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Dr Murad Hasan MP, is expected to virtually inaugurate the meet as the chief guest while Korean Ambassador to Bangladesh LeeJang-Keun is also expected to join the inauguration ceremony virtually (through zoom app) as the special guest.     

About 350 taekwondo players from different districts, associations, universities, colleges, schools, clubs and corporations  will virtually compete in the meet.BSS
