Dhaka, Mar 6 - Joma Akter of Bangladesh clinched the bronze medal in the compound women's singles of the Paris 2024 Para Olympics final quota tournament, beating Wallace Teresa of the USA by 138-134 in the bronze medal deciding match held in Dubai, UAE, on Wednesday.

Joma reached the event's quarterfinal, beating Venter Katelynn of Namibia by a score of 133–112, and moved into the semifinal, defeating LeeYun Hsien of Chinese Taipei by a score of 134–130, but lost to Virgilio Maria Andrea of Italy by a score of 136–137 in the semifinal to settle for the bronze medal race.
