Inter-district women's athletics begins tomorrow

Dhaka, 7 March- Lutfun Nessa Hoque Bokul Under-15 Inter-district Women's Athletics competition begins from Friday at Dhanmondi Sulnata Kamal Women's Sports Complex in the city. 

Bangladesh Olympic Association's Secretary General Syed Shahed Reza is expected to inaugurate the two-day meet as the chief guest. 

Bangladesh Women's Sports Association's (BWSA) president Mahbub Ara Begum Gini will preside over the opening ceremony.

A total of 115 athletes from 35 districts across the country will take part in nine events - 100m 200m and 400m sprint and high jump, long jump, javelin throw, discus throw, shot put and 4x100m relay - of the competition, organised by BWSA.
